North Highland Residence

A newly constructed luxury residence at one of Atlanta’s most recognizable intersections demanded a landscape presence equal to the architecture. Garden Atlantic delivered 7,405 square feet of estate garden across the front, side, and rear elevations — including more than 300 boxwoods, a herringbone brick walkway, foundation plantings of limelight hydrangea, and mature magnolia, Slender Silhouette Sweetgum, and street tree installations. The complete landscape story was delivered in just two weeks, transforming a bare construction site into a finished estate garden that anchors one of Virginia-Highland’s most prominent corners.
