Nestled within a 200-acre estate in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the AHMA at Cold Mountain project demanded nothing less than a complete landscape transformation, delivered under an immovable two-week deadline in preparation for an estate wedding. Garden Atlantic orchestrated the installation of nearly 20,000 square feet of sod, Slender Silhouette Sweetgum tree installations, and plantings across terrain shaped by a 151-foot below-grade concrete wall, working in close collaboration with Summerour Architects, Ladisic Fine Homes, Land Plus, and Sherry H Designs. The result is a sweeping estate garden that honors the grandeur of its mountain setting while delivering the refined elegance the owners envisioned.
